Lutzville Engineering was started in June 2002 by Jan Louw, Proffesional Mechanical Engineer, previously Engineering Manager at Namakwa Sands Mines. The business in Lutzville consists of a factory approximitely 1850 m2 under cover workshop area, 2500 m2 open yard space and office space of 40 m2 .The company also owns a 5000m² under cover workshop in Nababeep, Springbok area in the Northern Cape. And as of 2009 we are open for manufacturing and maintenance work in Kuruman Nothern Cape where our main focus will be.

 

Lutzville Engineering specializes in repair, manufacturing, fabrication, errection and maintenance of mining, diamond and metallurgical processing equipment including tanks, structural steel, chutes, liners, steel and HDPE piping, conveyors, screens, pumps, scrubbers, crushers, agitators, labour hire, ect. We can offer a full service from design, draughting, procurement and project management through to site installation, comissioning, operatation and maintenance.

Lutzville Engineering also does civil engineering design and construction work associated with mining plants and equipment.
Lutzville Engineering also design and impliment preventitive maintenance systems for Food Processing Plants, Wineries, Metallurgical Plants, Water purification and Irrigation systems.
Designs, lay-outs, GA’s and shop detail are also available on AutoCad.
Lutzville Engineering welcome audits or visits from clients to inspect our facilities.
